It is the design project of a site consisting of 6 2-storey residences designed for a land close to the peaks of Aydos Hill in Kartal.

In the design of the villas, the ground floors were buried underground to a certain extent, taking advantage of the high slope of the land. Permeable and light masses with cantilevers dominated by spaces with thin wooden/metal studs and joinery were designed on top of the high-occupancy ground floors with stone walls. The most striking features of the residences, which are interpreted in a modernized way with today's design approach by emulating the architecture of the Old Wooden Ottoman Houses, are high ceilings, open-plan staircases, living room and dining room areas and terraces overlooking the view.

All villas are oriented to face the view, while private parking spaces with entrance from the street at the upper level were designed for two villas located on the upper level, while a closed parking lot was created in the basement floor for the other 4 villas, which was created by taking advantage of the elevation.
