It is a concept housing project for the land located across the roundabout on Mustafa Kemal Street in Beylikdüzü.  The building was constructed from 5 adjacent blocks to surround the land, leaving a huge green area at the back. The ground floors on the Mustafa Kemal Street front are designed as commercial areas and there are 84 residences, including the ground floors with private gardens. In the design, which has a closed car parking lot and a green area large enough to make you feel away from the noise of the city, a playground and basketball court for children have not been forgotten.
