The Tiny House Park Concept Project designed for two separate plots of total area of 51,000 m², located in a small town called Spangenberg in Germany.
A total of 140 tiny house units were designed in 3 types, designed as 47, 57, 73 m², I, L and U shapes, respectively. These residences, which have garden areas in various quanitities depending on the type of residence, also have personal car parks and an optional personal swimming pool.
A common social area has been designed for the residents of the site at a suitable geographical elevation, accessible from both lands. Social areas such as restaurants, cafes, spa, indoor pool, a sports and rehabilitation center with a fitness area have been designed around a gigantic artificial pond where residents can spend their time involving in different activities. A habitat for birds was created by placing a small island in the middle of the pond, which can be crossed by a bridge. Beehives and chicken coops have been placed in order to contribute to organic food production for the residents of the site.
